Tulsa Mid Town
Home Accents Vintage to Modern is a collage of junk, antiques, and future pintrest projects! I really, really like this shop. (Did I say I like this shop?) The owner Margie, also has a large assortment of antique hardware for just about any project. Tons of variety from mid century modern to genuine antiques. The prices are reasonable. I wish the store was bigger! I love that they are open until 8 on Thursdays.
The shop is a bit hidden on the East side of Sheridan in the N. corner of the shopping center just N. of Ron's Chili.
They have a facebook page and if you "like" them you have a chance to win a $25 gift certificate.

More to see in Collinsville
Probably my favorite shop in Collinsville is LD Robey Fine Art Gallery/ Robeys Antiques
Don't be fooled by the front of the shop! Its not just an art gallery. Sorry LD, the art is absolutely beautiful but this blog is about junk!!
The front of the shop is full of the fantastic art of LD Robey and in the back is a fun antique shop run by his wife Judy. I made two purchases here. A large set of tinkertoys ($9) and a glass terrarium ($15).
I added the pumpkins later, but it was a great find for $15. The owner Judy was full of friendly information. The shop is small but well worth a visit.

Robey's Antiques- Something for everyone!
Last but not least is Rainbows Antiques. The junk store to end all stores. This is truly a JUNK store. You have to dig, you have to get dirty. Unfortunately the prices don't reflect the junkability. You probably won't find a steal or a deal here, but you might just find the one thing you have been looking for forever. My husband loves this shop!
Tools, quilts, antiques, crocks! Tons of inventory.

That's it for now! There are even more shops in Collinsville so look for more to come!

Check out the shops in Collinsville!
One of my favorite places to visit is the little town of Collinsville just 20 min north of Tulsa. Probably because I live very close to this town and my family ties to the town go back generations. My grandmothers house where my mother was born still stands there. The quaint downtown with its brick streets lends itself to antique shops and boutiques. My time was limited but I did manage to pop into a few shops there.
Just a quick reminder for all who are new here, Junkability= how much great junk they have. The more JJJJ'S the more junk (great things for sale)!
Affordability is how much things cost there overall. The more $$$$$'s the higher the overall cost of items.
I really like going into a place and seeing prices in a range that the average shopper (me) can afford to leave with something.
The Rafters is an old favorite. Leroy has so many treasures he had to open a second shop. It's filled with all sorts of old items. Maybe not a place where you would find a "steal" but you might find that item that adds to your collection. Interested in old dial phones? The Rafters has them!

Welcome Junkers!
This is the place to come if you live for Saturdays, combing through flea markets, junk stores and antique stores! If you love to find that great buy, that one of a kind item, that deal,
that steal (ok I'm not advocating stealing) then follow along.
I will be exploring all the little known "junk" stores in northeast Oklahoma and giving honest useful information about each one. Locations, hours of operation ( I can't count the number of times I have driven many miles to a shop only to find they are closed!) and a quick review of the shop.
Shops will be rated by "junkiness" (yes that's a real word) and overall affordability. I might even share some of my best finds from the past or present. Please feel free to suggest stores you think should be added to the list.
Let's get going!
